  1. Lead and execute internal audits across all business lines of Franklin Templeton Investments.
  2. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management based on audit findings.
  3. Identify areas of risk and develop appropriate audit plans to mitigate those risks.
  4. Conduct thorough and objective evaluations of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  7. Communicate audit results and recommendations clearly and effectively to senior management.
  8. Coach and mentor junior audit staff to promote their professional growth and development.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve audit processes.
  10. Uphold and promote the company's values and ethical standards in all audit activities.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  12. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  13. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management on audit progress and findings.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Public Accountant (Cpa).

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Internal Audit, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Audit Methodologies, Risk Assessment, And Internal Control Frameworks.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
