The successful applicant will possess a PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Information Systems, Data Science, Math, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a research and/or development role in the financial industry. In addition, they should have demonstrated experience in the development and deployment of AI/ML-based solutions, as well as the ability to lead and manage a research team. The Lead Research Scientist – AI & Optimization must be highly organized, analytical, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
