  1. Manage Investment Portfolios: Responsible for overseeing the management of investment portfolios and ensuring their efficient operation.
  2. Perform Operational Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of investment operations, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes.
  3. Ensure Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure that all investment operations adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead a team of portfolio administration analysts, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure team success.
  5. Develop Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio operations and drive business growth.
  6. Monitor Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of investment portfolios, identify potential risks or issues and take corrective action.
  7. Provide Reporting: Prepare and present reports on investment portfolio performance and operational efficiency to management and other stakeholders.
  8. Identify Opportunities: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and cost reduction within the portfolio operations.
  9. Foster Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their investment needs.
  10. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations and best practices to ensure that the portfolio operations are in line with current standards.
  11. Train and Mentor: Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  12. Ensure Timely Execution: Ensure timely execution of all portfolio administration tasks, including trade settlements, corporate actions, and cash management.
  13. Handle Complex Issues: Address and resolve complex operational issues with a sense of urgency, ensuring minimal impact on the investment portfolios.
  14. Uphold Company Culture: Uphold the company's values and culture in all interactions, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Portfolio Administration Operations, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Alternative Investments.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience And Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Portfolio Administration Professionals.
