- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including pension funds, endowments, and foundations.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized investment solutions that meet the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Deliver presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of Franklin Templeton Investments to potential clients.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize sales efforts.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company and expand client base.
- Stay informed on regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure all sales activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Institutional Sales Or Asset Management.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Financial Markets, Investment Products, And Industry Trends.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Institutional Clients.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Complex Investment Strategies.
