As an Institutional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, driving sales and revenue growth, and providing exceptional service to our clients.   1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify and build relationships with potential institutional clients, including pension funds, endowments, and foundations.
  3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing institutional clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
  5. Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing teams, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  7. Conduct presentations and participate in client meetings to showcase our products and services.
  8. Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  9. Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  11. Mentor and train junior sales team members to support their professional development.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and brand awareness.
  13. Stay informed about our products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
  15. Uphold the company's mission, values, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Institutional Sales Within The Financial Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Markets, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Institutional Clients.
