
HR Shared Services Specialist

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees globally.
- Manage and maintain employee records and information in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Process and respond to employee requests for HR services in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with various HR teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of services.
- Continuously review and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and track employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to employees.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving related to HR services.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and maintaining employee documents and records.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with employees and other stakeholders to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements and innovations for HR services.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services Or A Similar Role
Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills
