Franklin Templeton Investments is seeking a HR Shared Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective HR services to our employees globally.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees globally.
  2. Manage and maintain employee records and information in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  3. Process and respond to employee requests for HR services in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Collaborate with various HR teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of services.
  5. Continuously review and improve HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Monitor and track employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Maintain a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to employees.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving related to HR services.
  9. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and maintaining employee documents and records.
  10. Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  11. Communicate and collaborate effectively with employees and other stakeholders to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest improvements and innovations for HR services.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Shared Services Or A Similar Role

  • Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities Effectively.
