
HR Employee Relations Consultant (Temporary Position)

- Provide expert guidance and support on all employee relations matters, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering proactive solutions and advice to promote positive employee relations.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring a fair and thorough process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases and actions taken.
- Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal and compliance, to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for managers and employees on best practices for maintaining positive employee relations.
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and develop strategies to address and prevent them.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives, as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
- Provide timely and effective communication to all stakeholders involved in employee relations matters.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open and constructive communication.
- Uphold the company's values and culture through all employee relations practices and interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo Laws And Ada.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Employee Relations Issues.
