Franklin Templeton Investments is seeking a temporary HR Employee Relations Consultant to join our team.   1. Provide expert guidance and support on all employee relations matters, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering proactive solutions and advice to promote positive employee relations.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring a fair and thorough process.
  4. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases and actions taken.
  5. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee relations.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal and compliance, to ensure consistency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs and materials for managers and employees on best practices for maintaining positive employee relations.
  8. Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and develop strategies to address and prevent them.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  10. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives, as needed.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
  13. Provide timely and effective communication to all stakeholders involved in employee relations matters.
  14. Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering open and constructive communication.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture through all employee relations practices and interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo Laws And Ada.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Employee Relations Issues.
