We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fund Administration & Oversight Lead Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely administration and oversight of our funds, as well as providing support to our clients and internal teams.   1. Oversee the accurate and timely administration of our funds, including but not limited to NAV calculations, trade processing, and corporate actions.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and audits of fund data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve any fund-related issues and provide support as needed.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of fund structures, legal documents, and regulatory requirements to ensure proper oversight and adherence.
  5. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in fund administration.
  6. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on fund performance, regulatory changes, and other relevant information.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development opportunities.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fund service providers, including custodians, transfer agents, and auditors.
  9. Participate in fund launches, conversions, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fund administration processes and procedures.
  11. Ensure all fund activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Uphold a high level of professionalism and client service while representing the company in all interactions.
  13. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to management, clients, and other stakeholders as required.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive work culture within the team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fund Administration Or Fund Oversight, Preferably In The Investment Management Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mutual Funds, Etfs, And Other Investment Products.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Fund Administration And Oversight.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
