  1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our sales force to enhance their knowledge and skills in the financial services industry.
  2. Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively sell our financial services.
  4. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support the delivery of training programs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the training process.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure that our training programs are relevant and compliant.
  7. Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce training concepts and drive performance.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to develop cross-functional training initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and training delivery.
  9. Assist with onboarding new hires and provide ongoing training and support to ensure their success in the role.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for sales representatives, providing guidance on complex financial products and services.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and reports to track the progress and development of the sales force.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and innovate our training programs to meet the evolving needs of our sales team and clients.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry best practices and network with other professionals.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all training activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services Sales Or Training

  • Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services, Including Mutual Funds, Etfs, And Retirement Plans

  • Excellent Presentation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate Sales Teams

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Goals In A Fast-Paced And Competitive Environment.
