  1. Develop and implement innovative and efficient designs for corporate facilities in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of current facilities and make recommendations for improvements or modifications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs and requirements of various departments and incorporate them into facility designs.
  4. Create detailed plans, layouts, and blueprints for proposed facility designs.
  5. Oversee the procurement and installation of necessary equipment and furnishings for the facilities.
  6. Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of facility projects.
  7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with safety and building standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility planning and design to continuously improve processes and designs.
  9. Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors and contractors for facility-related projects.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes related to facilities planning and design.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in facilities planning and design.
  12. Collaborate with HR and other departments to create a positive and engaging work environment through thoughtful design and layout of facilities.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  14. Communicate facility plans and updates to all relevant parties, including senior management.
  15. Continuously seek feedback from employees and incorporate it into facility designs to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Planning And Design, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Relevant Design Software.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Ada Regulations, And Sustainability Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
