In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's public relations strategy in the US market.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy for Franklin Templeton Investments in the US market.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, including journalists, editors, and publications, to secure positive coverage and increase brand visibility.
  3. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and proactively address any potential issues.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and subject matter experts, to develop key messaging and thought leadership initiatives for media outreach.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and interview requests, managing responses in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to support the company's public relations efforts.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify the company's messaging and increase brand credibility.
  8. Plan and execute media events, such as press conferences and media interviews, to showcase Franklin Templeton's expertise and thought leadership.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to proactively recommend adjustments to the public relations strategy as needed.
  10. Manage a team of public relations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success.
  11. Measure and report on the effectiveness of public relations efforts, using data to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvement.
  12. Represent Franklin Templeton at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and raising awareness of the company's brand and offerings.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Public Relations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Public Relations, With A Proven Track Record Of Executing Successful Pr Campaigns And Strategies.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Financial Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Industry, Including Investment Trends, Market Dynamics, And Regulatory Landscape Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Working With Financial Media Outlets.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Director Of Us Public Relations, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing External Communications And Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Strategic Thinker: The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop Pr Plans That Align With The Company's Overall Objectives. They Should Also Have Experience In Crisis Management And Be Able To Handle Sensitive Situations With Tact And Diplomacy.
