- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the wealth alternatives industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Manage and lead a team of investor services professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure delivery of exceptional service to clients.
- Collaborate with global and regional partners to develop and execute client service strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the wealth alternatives market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in the products and services offered by the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Extensive Knowledge Of Global Wealth Alternatives: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Global Wealth Alternatives Market, Including Private Equity, Hedge Funds, And Real Estate Investments.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Overseeing The Investor Services For The Apac Region. Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire A Team, Are Essential For This Role.
Experience In Investor Services: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Investor Services, Preferably In The Apac Region. This Experience Should Include Managing Client Relationships, Providing Investment Solutions, And Overseeing The Operational Aspects Of Investor Services.
