  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate real estate strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the management of the company's entire corporate real estate portfolio, including leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and property maintenance.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and human resources to ensure real estate decisions are aligned with the company's financial and operational needs.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including brokers, landlords, and property managers, to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for real estate transactions.
  5. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of the company's real estate assets, including occupancy rates, lease expirations, and financial performance.
  7. Develop and manage the real estate budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in corporate real estate management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Lead and motivate a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  10. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate real estate, including zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Real Estate Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Real Estate Portfolios, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Be Well-Versed In All Aspects Of Real Estate Management, Including Lease Negotiation, Property Acquisition And Disposal, And Portfolio Optimization.
