- Assist in the development and maintenance of company-wide learning and development policies and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with employees and management to promote digital learning initiatives and gather feedback.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards related to digital learning and ensure all initiatives are in adherence.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the digital learning experience for employees.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, sharing knowledge and insights on digital learning and development.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Instructional Design, Or Human Resources.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing And Delivering Digital Learning Solutions, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proven Experience In Project Management, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.
Strong Knowledge Of Learning Technologies And Tools, Such As Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Authoring Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
