Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure company is compliant
• Analyze financial and regulatory data to identify potential risks and/or opportunities
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and other stakeholders
• Research and analyze new regulations and laws as they are implemented
• Develop and deliver reports and presentations to various stakeholders
• Act as a compliance consultant to internal departments
• Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training
• Assist in the completion of any regulatory filings
