- Monitor and analyze global marketing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular reviews of marketing materials, including advertisements, website content, and social media posts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and legal, to review and approve marketing materials and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to marketing and advertising.
- Develop and implement compliance training for marketing and sales teams to ensure understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to identify and address potential compliance issues.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance complaints or concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Communicate any changes in regulations or policies to relevant teams and ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Work closely with external regulatory bodies and agencies to ensure compliance with their requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams on compliance-related matters.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate compliance findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential compliance risks in marketing activities.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed of best practices and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Compliance, Preferably In The Global Marketing Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Laws Related To Marketing And Advertising.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Compliance Risks.
