  1. Monitor and analyze global marketing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  2. Conduct regular reviews of marketing materials, including advertisements, website content, and social media posts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and legal, to review and approve marketing materials and campaigns.
  4. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to marketing and advertising.
  5. Develop and implement compliance training for marketing and sales teams to ensure understanding of regulatory requirements.
  6. Conduct internal audits to identify and address potential compliance issues.
  7. Investigate and resolve any compliance complaints or concerns raised by stakeholders.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  9. Communicate any changes in regulations or policies to relevant teams and ensure timely and accurate implementation.
  10. Work closely with external regulatory bodies and agencies to ensure compliance with their requirements.
  11. Provide support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams on compliance-related matters.
  12. Generate reports and presentations to communicate compliance findings and recommendations to senior management.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate potential compliance risks in marketing activities.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed of best practices and industry developments.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Compliance, Preferably In The Global Marketing Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Laws Related To Marketing And Advertising.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Compliance Risks.
