  1. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies for alternative investment strategies within Franklin Templeton Investments.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and assess their viability.
  3. Collaborate with various teams, including portfolio managers, analysts, and legal counsel, to support the launch of new alternative investment products.
  4. Monitor and analyze market and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for alternative investment strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals, to ensure the success of alternative investment initiatives.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations on alternative investment performance and market trends to be presented to senior management and clients.
  7. Plan and coordinate meetings and events related to alternative investment strategies, including investor conferences and due diligence visits.
  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts for alternative investments.
  9. Monitor and track the performance of existing alternative investment products, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to alternative investments and ensure adherence within the company.
  11. Provide support to other members of the business management team and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the alternative investment business, making recommendations for changes and implementing them when approved.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Alternative Investments, Such As Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Or Real Estate.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Investment Strategies, With Knowledge Of Alternative Asset Classes And Their Risk Profiles.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Project Management And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
