Attorney - Securities Transactions

We’re looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality legal advice and services.In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing legal advice and support related to securities transactions and regulatory matters, including compliance with securities laws and regulations. Your ability to think strategically and identify potential issues in a timely manner will be invaluable to the success of our organization.To be successful in this role, you should have a Juris Doctor degree with a minimum of five years of experience as a securities lawyer. You should be licensed to practice law in the United States and have a thorough understanding of securities laws and regulations. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support related to securities transactions and regulatory matters, including compliance with securities laws and regulations.
2. Identify potential legal issues in a timely manner and provide strategic advice.
3. Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and disclosure statements.
4. Monitor regulatory developments in the securities industry and advise the organization on any necessary changes.
5. Represent the organization in legal proceedings.
6. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including management, clients, and external legal counsel.
7. Keep abreast of changes in the law and ensure the organization is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Conduct research and create reports as needed.
9. Ensure the organization’s policies and procedures are followed.
10. Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters.
