Job Description

At Franklin Templeton Investments, we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Audio Visual Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing audio and visual support for our global meetings. If you have a strong technical background in both audio and visual systems, along with excellent problem-solving skills, then this is the job for you.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, audio/visual systems or a related field. You must also have at least two years of experience in audio/visual engineering, as well as experience in troubleshooting and resolving audio and visual systems. Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain audio and visual systems
  2. Provide audio and visual support for global meetings
  3. Monitor and adjust audio visual equipment as needed
  4. Diagnose any technical issues and provide solutions
  5. Provide customer service and technical support to meeting participants
  6. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on audio/visual systems
  7. Develop and maintain documentation related to audio/visual systems
  8. Ensure standard compliance with audio/visual systems
  9. Research and evaluate new audio/visual technologies
  10. Work with vendors to procure equipment and services
