  1. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to drive business performance and inform decision-making for Apera and Franklin Templeton Investments.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and business plans.
  4. Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to senior management.
  5. Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide recommendations for improving financial performance and processes.
  8. Support the budgeting and forecasting process for Apera and provide variance analysis to ensure targets are met.
  9. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  10. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  11. Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Investment Management Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Investment Products, Markets, And Industry Trends.
