- Conduct ultrasound examinations on patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshooting any technical issues as needed.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and answering any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Accurately document and maintain patient records and imaging results.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Stay current on advancements and developments in ultrasound technology and techniques.
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain necessary certifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any patient concerns or complaints.
- Work with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks to meet patient and department needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
Certification As A Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Rdms) Through The American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ardms).
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As An Ultrasound Technologist In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.
Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology.
