Telehealth Technician

Responsibilities of a Telehealth Technician:

• Set up and operate telehealth equipment, ensuring proper operation and functionality • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to telehealth equipment and use • Provide technical support to providers and patients • Assist with the onboarding of new providers and patients to the telehealth program • Ensure all telehealth interactions are conducted in accordance with HIPAA regulations • Train providers and patients on the use of telehealth technology • Monitor and maintain the telehealth system, including upgrades and maintenance • Provide excellent customer service and communication to providers and patients • Assist with the development of telehealth program policies and procedures • Maintain accurate records of telehealth activities and interactions • Assist with the scheduling of telehealth appointments • Serve as a resource for telehealth-related inquiries
