Rehab Tech Outpatient

Franciscan Health is searching for an experienced Rehab Tech Outpatient to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others, as well as highly organized and detail-oriented. The Rehab Tech Outpatient will assist in coordinating and delivering patient care services and activities under the direction of the therapists.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong aptitude for problem-solving. In addition, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and current CPR certification. Responsibilities:

1. Assist therapists in delivering patient care services and activities
2. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
3. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation
4. Ensure patient safety at all times
5. Assist therapists in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
6. Monitor and document patient progress
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures
8. Answer patient questions and provide education
9. Assist with administrative tasks as needed
10. Maintain current CPR certification
11. Update and maintain electronic medical records
12. Utilize computer software to manage patient data
