Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Have A Valid And Current Registered Nurse License In The State Of Indiana To Practice As A Nurse At Franciscan Health.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Clinical Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 1 Year Of Clinical Experience As A Registered Nurse, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting.
Phone Triage Experience: Previous Experience In Phone Triage Or Telehealth Nursing Is Highly Preferred For This Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Registered Nurse In Phone Triage Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients Over The Phone, As Well As Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking Skills And Be Able To Make Quick And Accurate Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Is Essential For Providing Safe And Efficient Care During Phone Triage.
