Physician - Urgent Care PRN

The Physician - Urgent Care PRN will provide quality and timely care to our patients in an urgent care setting. The ideal candidate should have excellent patient care and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering the highest standard of care and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.Required Qualifications:• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree• Board certified or board eligible in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine• Active and unencumbered medical license in the state of Indiana• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Indiana Controlled Substances Registration (CSR)• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification• Minimum of two years of experience in an urgent care setting

Responsibilities: • Provide quality and timely care to patients in an urgent care setting in accordance with Franciscan Health's standards of care. • Maintain the highest standard of patient care and customer service. • Utilize excellent patient care and communication skills. • Remain organized and detail-oriented in all aspects of patient care. • Work independently and efficiently to meet patient needs. • Maintain valid and current medical license, DEA, CSR, and BLS certifications. • Keep up to date with relevant clinical knowledge and guidelines. • Adhere to all Franciscan Health policies and procedures.
