- Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing management for patients with breast diseases.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including radiologists, oncologists, and plastic surgeons, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in breast surgery and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and procedures.
- Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards in the delivery of care.

Medical Degree: A Physician Specializing In Breast Surgery At Franciscan Health Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board Certified In General Surgery And Have Completed A Fellowship In Breast Surgery. This Ensures That They Have Received Specialized Training And Are Proficient In The Latest Surgical Techniques For Treating Breast Diseases.
State Licensure: All Physicians Must Hold A Current And Unrestricted License To Practice Medicine In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures That They Have Met The State's Requirements For Education, Training, And Ethical Standards.
