- Provide high-quality and compassionate patient care during the night shift as an Orthopedic Surgery Nocturnist.
- Collaborate with top orthopedic surgeons to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough and accurate patient assessments and assist with surgical procedures as needed.
- Monitor and manage patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising physician.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-operative care.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Continuously stay updated on advances and developments in the field of orthopedic surgery and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
- Foster a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues and hospital staff.

Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.
Current Certification And Licensure As A Physician Assistant In The State Of Indiana.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Clinical Experience In Orthopedic Surgery, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Ability To Work Independently In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment, Including Overnight Shifts.
Strong Knowledge Of Orthopedic Surgical Procedures, Treatment Plans, And Post-Operative Care Protocols.
