- Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls and inquiries from patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

- Collect patient payments and provide accurate billing information.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
At Least 1 Year Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably As A Patient Service Representative Or In A Related Role.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Professionally With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Understanding Of Insurance And Billing Processes.
