Patient Care Assistant

At Franciscan Health, we are looking for a compassionate, committed Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. Our PCA will provide a wide range of support to patients and their families as well as support to healthcare providers. This is an essential role to ensure our patients receive the best care possible. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have a CNA certification in the state of Indiana. Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred. Responsibilities of a Patient Care Assistant (PCA):
