In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our patients and guests as you help them navigate the registration process. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service as you assist with the registration process, answer questions, and address any concerns.
  3. Accurately enter patient information into the hospital database.
  4. Ensure all required forms and documents are properly completed and filed.
  5. Explain the different insurance plans and payment options.
  6. Monitor patient flow and manage queues in the waiting area.
  7. Remain up-to-date on relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
  8. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
  9. Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
  10. Assist with additional tasks as needed.
