  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of clinical trials related to oncology research, including protocol development, patient recruitment, and data collection.
  2. Ensure that all research protocols and procedures are followed in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standards.
  3. Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clinical trial activities, including patient enrollment, data collection, and adverse events.
  4. Collaborate with principal investigators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of clinical trials.
  5. Conduct regular audits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulations.
  6. Communicate with patients and their families to provide information and support throughout the clinical trial process.
  7. Coordinate and participate in meetings and trainings related to clinical trials, including study initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
  8. Act as a liaison between the research team and external organizations, such as pharmaceutical companies and regulatory agencies.
  9. Stay current with developments in oncology research and attend relevant conferences and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Assist with budgeting and financial management for clinical trials, including negotiating contracts and managing expenses.
  11. Mentor and train junior research staff on study protocols and procedures.
  12. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote the organization's research efforts and recruit participants for clinical trials.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Research Setting, Preferably In Oncology.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations For Clinical Trials And Experience With Irb Submissions And Approvals.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting.

  • Certification As A Clinical Research Coordinator (Ccrc) Or Equivalent Is Preferred.
