Job Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Nutrition Associate to join our team at Franciscan Health. The ideal candidate should possess a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and have a passion for promoting health and wellness. The Nutrition Associate will work with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff to provide nutrition education, develop meal plans, and monitor nutrition outcomes.This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to make an impact on the health of our patients and the community. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have an associate degree in nutrition or a related field, as well as experience in nutrition counseling. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide nutrition education to patients, healthcare providers, and other staff.
  2. Develop meal plans according to the individual patient's needs.
  3. Monitor nutrition outcomes to ensure that patients are meeting their health goals.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to all patients and staff.
  5. Actively promote health and wellness within the community.
  6. Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  7. Follow all rules and regulations related to nutrition and healthcare.
