  1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using MRI equipment.
  2. Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  3. Obtain and review patient medical history and assess for any contraindications.
  4. Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  5. Administer contrast agents as needed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and patient information.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Collaborate with radiologists and other team members to determine appropriate imaging protocols.
  9. Maintain and operate MRI equipment according to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
  10. Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify appropriate personnel for repairs.
  11. Keep abreast of new technology and techniques in the field of MRI.
  12. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and safety standards.
  13. Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain licensure and certification requirements.
  15. Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
  16. Provide excellent customer service and address any patient concerns or complaints.
  17. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  18. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  19. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job performance.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of MRI technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Mri.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Mri Technologist.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Patient Positioning Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Patients And Medical Staff Effectively.
