Job Description

At Franciscan Health, we are looking for an experienced and committed In Patient Hospice RN to join our team and provide compassionate care to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for helping those in need, a commitment to providing the highest quality of care, and an ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.The In Patient Hospice RN is responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients and their families facing end-of-life issues. This position requires a compassionate and caring individual who is able to provide emotional support to patients and their families as well as provide education on end-of-life issues. The In Patient Hospice RN must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with other disciplines.Required Qualifications:• Current state RN license• Bachelor's degree in Nursing• Hospice experience (preferred)• Ability to provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families• Knowledge of end-of-life issues and their impact on patients and families• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and servicesIf you are a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for helping those in need, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position. Responsibilities of the In Patient Hospice RN:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients and families facing end-of-life issues. • Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families. • Educate patients and their families on end-of-life issues and their impact. • Communicate effectively with other disciplines. • Maintain current state RN license. • Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. • Provide high-quality patient care and services.
