- Provide compassionate care: The primary responsibility of this role is to offer compassionate and empathetic care to hospice patients and their families during difficult times.
- Assist with daily tasks: The Hospice Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. They may also help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Support patients' physical and emotional needs: This role requires the ability to provide physical support to patients, as well as emotional support and comfort during end-of-life care.
