Responsibilities:

1. Manage client scheduling and coordinate services accordingly.
2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information and resources regarding the Healthy Living Center.
3. Maintain client records and ensure the confidentiality of all information.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or issues that arise.
5. Utilize excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Communicate and collaborate effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services to ensure that the Healthy Living Center meets its goals and objectives.
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of clients.
9. Participate in community outreach activities and other events to promote the Center.
10. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Healthy Living Center.
