- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff to Franciscan Health with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff to ensure smooth and coordinated patient care.
- Create and maintain organized and efficient filing systems for medical records and other important documents.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for medical supplies and equipment.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any patient or visitor concerns or questions.
- Remain knowledgeable about healthcare services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to patients and visitors.
