- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including restocking supplies and keeping the waiting area tidy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless guest experiences.

Customer Service Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Commitment To Providing Exceptional Service And Resolving Customer Concerns.
Multi-Tasking Abilities: Franciscan Health Is A Busy Healthcare Facility And The Guest Service Representative Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once While Maintaining A High Level Of Efficiency. This Includes Managing Phone Calls, Scheduling Appointments, And Directing Guests To Their Desired Location.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: While Not Required, Knowledge Of Medical Terminology Is Highly Preferred For This Position. This Will Enable The Guest Service Representative To Better Understand Patient Needs And Communicate Effectively With Medical Staff.
