  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests entering our facilities, including patients, visitors, and staff.
  2. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our organization.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to guests' needs and concerns, and responding promptly and courteously.
  4. Answer incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
  5. Provide accurate and helpful information to guests regarding services, amenities, and directions within our facilities.
  6. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing our organization in a positive light.
  7. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest and our organization.
  8. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing payments.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience throughout their visit.
  10. Act as a liaison between guests and staff, effectively communicating any relevant information or concerns.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the guest experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  12. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including those related to privacy and confidentiality.
  13. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  14. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
