- Greet patients and their families in a warm and welcoming manner upon arrival to Franciscan Health.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from patients and their families.
- Assist patients with check-in, registration, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with difficult situations.
- Ensure that all patient information is accurate and up-to-date in our system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to provide a seamless experience.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as common areas for patients and their families.
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.

- Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest policies and procedures.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments as needed.
- Handle payments and process insurance information accurately.

Excellent Communication Skills: A Guest Service Representative At Franciscan Health Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Visitors, And Staff Members.
