3. Assist with checking in and registering patients for appointments or procedures.
4. Answer inquiries and provide information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures.
5. Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Maintain a clean and organized lobby and waiting area for guests and patients.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for guests and patients.
8. Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies when handling sensitive information.
9. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the organization's values and mission and reflect them in interactions with guests and patients.
10. Provide support to other staff members and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
