Responsibilities of an Engagement Specialist: • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all patients • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to track patient satisfaction and other relevant data • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction • Provide support to other departments as necessary • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback • Proactively identify and address customer service issues • Solve customer complaints and problems in a timely manner • Provide training and guidance to new team members • Evaluate and update customer service policies and procedures • Assist with special projects related to customer service and patient satisfaction
