  1. Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt, efficient and compassionate medical care to patients in critical situations.
  2. Transport patients safely and securely to medical facilities, while maintaining proper documentation and communication with medical staff.
  3. Assess patient's condition and provide appropriate treatment according to established protocols and procedures.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient care reports and documentation.
  5. Monitor and respond to changes in patient's condition during transport, and provide necessary interventions as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of patients and yourself.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and procedures in emergency care.
  9. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families during difficult situations.
  10. Maintain a professional and calm demeanor in high-pressure and stressful situations.
  11. Work effectively within a team environment to provide the best possible care for patients.
  12. Maintain all necessary certifications and licenses required for the role.
  13. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
  14. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Adhere to strict ethical and moral standards, and promote a positive image of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Emt-Critical Care Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Current Emt-Critical Care Certification From An Accredited Program.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Emt-Critical Care Provider In A Hospital Or Pre-Hospital Setting.

  • Acls And Pals Certifications: Candidates Must Have Current Certifications In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals).

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Decision-Making Skills: The Job Requires Candidates To Think Critically And Make Quick Decisions In High-Stress Situations, So Strong Critical Thinking And Decision-Making Skills Are Essential.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities: Emt-Critical Care Providers Work Closely With Other Healthcare Professionals, So Candidates Must Have Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities To Effectively Communicate Patient Information And Work Together To Provide The Best Care Possible.
