- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions, education sessions, and progress in electronic medical records.
- Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals within the organization, providing guidance and support on diabetes management and education.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Nutrition, Or A Related Field
Certified Diabetes Educator (Cde) Designation From The National Certification Board For Diabetes Educators (Ncbde)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Diabetes Education Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Current Diabetes Management Guidelines And Techniques
