Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited College Of Pharmacy
Valid And Current State Pharmacy License
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacist In An Acute Care Hospital Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws, Regulations, And Standards Of Practice
