The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - BMT/Oncology will be responsible for performing medication therapy management, monitoring drug therapy, providing drug information services, and performing other pharmacy-related functions.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, current licensure as a registered pharmacist in the state of Indiana, and board certification as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS). The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong commitment to patient safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:
