  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinical processes and systems using data and technology.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to improve patient care.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in clinical informatics.
  5. Act as a liaison between clinical staff and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of needs.
  6. Train and educate clinical staff on the use of new technology and systems.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to clinical informatics.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare technology and data management.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation and protocols for clinical informatics processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for clinical informatics, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to evaluate and implement new technology and systems.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance patient care and healthcare delivery.
  13. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  14. Participate in research projects and data analysis to support evidence-based decision making.
  15. Act as an advocate for leveraging technology to improve patient care and healthcare outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Clinical Informatics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa And Meaningful Use.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Other Clinical Informatics Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Teams.
