- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and assess clinical informatics needs and develop solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain clinical informatics systems to improve patient care and streamline processes.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT department to ensure effective communication and understanding of technology solutions.
- Train and educate clinical staff on the use and functionality of clinical informatics systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in clinical informatics, and make recommendations for adoption of new technologies.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to clinical informatics systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical informatics systems, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
- Work with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and actively seek ways to improve patient outcomes through the use of technology.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
- Represent the organization in professional associations and conferences related to clinical informatics.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans and goals for the utilization of clinical informatics.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Informatics Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems, Electronic Health Records, And Clinical Workflows.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
