  1. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and assess clinical informatics needs and develop solutions.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain clinical informatics systems to improve patient care and streamline processes.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT department to ensure effective communication and understanding of technology solutions.
  5. Train and educate clinical staff on the use and functionality of clinical informatics systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in clinical informatics, and make recommendations for adoption of new technologies.
  7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to clinical informatics systems.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical informatics systems, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
  9. Work with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and actively seek ways to improve patient outcomes through the use of technology.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
  12. Represent the organization in professional associations and conferences related to clinical informatics.
  13. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans and goals for the utilization of clinical informatics.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of the organization and act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Informatics Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems, Electronic Health Records, And Clinical Workflows.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
