Job Description

Maintains compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to remain compliant. Establish EEO and Affirmative Action plans, in accordance with Foster Farms’ policies. Train management in Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity. Conduct legal investigations regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, and EEO. Maintain staffing requirements by staying informed of organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss business needs. Participate in job fairs and industry-related career events, coordinating events with hiring managers. Lead and develop a team with a strong focus on team engagement and individual performance.

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources.

  • 3+ years’ experience leading and managing a high functioning recruiting and sourcing team in a fast-paced environment preferred

  • Ability to work in a very faced-paced, constantly changing environment with Team members and applicants from diverse backgrounds.

  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
