Ensure appropriate scheduling and execute the departmental attendance policy. Ensure appropriate behavior through employee performance evaluation and corrective actions. Manage, investigate, and record (using MICROSOFT products not just email) incidents, crimes, and accidents. Assist emergency preparation and emergency response or action. Assist HR with personnel investigations including “fitness for duty”, “reasonable suspicion” and “violence free workplace”. Conduct background interview and determine hiring eligibility. Conducts troubleshooting and monitoring of electronic Security systems. Provide assistance for management to execute the drug and alcohol testing program.
